I started my diet yesterday and am doing much the same program as you. I have 70 pounds to lose. I did the HMR medically supervised before, but had to stop because we moved. That was over a year ago. Now I will start again, but at home.

good luck to you and please keep me posted. Will you be doing all HMR replacements with fruits/veggies or using the shakes as a tool? I am doing more of the using the shakes as tool rather than ONLY having the shakes and entrees. Mostly that means I decide to have Quaker high fiber oatmeal rather than their oatmeal :) Happy New Year! Hope to see you around!
